Hi. I have a GT-N8000 I am trying to download certain apps but I keep getting the message "device incompatible" on Google play. the last app I tried downloading was zoom for video call. I checked for the device version but it seems there is no newer version of the software.
sadly since most of the apps available in the play store is only compatible with the new Android version for your device I suggest trying to use 3rd party apps the is compatible with your android version Kitkat
in the play store since your device has reached its end software version upgrades there is no official upgrades that can update your device
