Just received my Galaxy Ring today and already hesistant with the information it is giving me.
It shows I took 313 steps in a 30 minute period when all I've done is go down stairs and back up to my bedroom. I find it EXTREMELY unlikely I took this many steps in such a short distance, I've also read reports of the Ring taking BPM measurements even when the Ring is not on someone's finger.

Samsung please please update/be sure the information being recorded is accurate.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with the inaccurate step count. I would recommend submitting an error report as this will allow our engineers to get a hands-on look at the symptom you are experiencing. Give this link a try to submit an error report: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-send-an-error-report/
