So Samsung likes to keep marking all of these formum posts about the ring as resolved, when in reality they are not. My ring still disconnects around 2:00 a.m. and I have to put it on the charger in order for it to reconnect to the phone and sync. Of course I've lost half my nights readings at that point. I followed all the previous steps to reset the Bluetooth connection and do a hard reset on the ring and nothing has worked. I'm now going to give you my workaround that I've discovered which is not the best especially for people who wear their ring during the day but I only wear mine for sleep tracking so the solution works for me for now. I found that if I put my ring on the charger in the morning and leave the case open the whole day, the connection stays. I had to do this two days in a row when I first started doing this if I remember correctly. It's almost like the charger isn't charging the ring and all of the battery levels are not showing up correctly when the ring is drained. And I don't understand why but there is something about leaving the chatting case open all day long that fixes this problem. I hope this helps some of you that may be struggling and I hope that Samsung will look further into this and stop marking all of these cases as resolved until they are truly resolved.
