Galaxy S PhonesI was trying to remove the pattern lock from my Samsung phone because the broken screen often times made it difficult to draw the pattern, the process was about to be completed when the phone accidentally froze until the phone went off. When I restarted the phone the lock was still in place but it wouldn't work . I kept getting incorrect pattern prompts even though I'm 100% sure that the pattern is correct. I've got many important files I haven't backed up so I wouldn't want to do a factory reset. Anyone got solution to this this? @Samsung

Galaxy S PhonesIf you don't want to reset the phone, then have the screen replaced. If the broken screen is interfering with your touch actions, those are your only two options- reset the phone or replace the screen. Also, if the cracked screen is interfering with touch actions, resetting the phone isn't going to help it anyway.
