Screen issues

 This happened while I was using Instagram now I can't use the Device.

In the past week I had an software update.

There is no physical damage, I took it fix they said they needed to change screen and they can't say a reason.

Dose Samsung have any solutions for this or do I have to change screen.

Can you turn it off? If so then you can try using the repair app function

I can restart and turn it off

But I tried doing recovery mode but it didn't work

Try holding the power and volume down buttons and reboot it.

I tried that it didn't work and

It doesn't let me to recovery mode just keep restarting.

Don't have any good suggestions to why that happened, but I have seen it a few times. Screen replacement should fix that, but it's not cheap, unless you have insurance.

I will change the screen it's costing me $260.
