What is the encoding command line/parameters used by S21 Ultra to encode its h264 video at UHD resolution?

E.g. ffmpeg -i [input] -c:v libx264 [options]

^ what are the [options] used by the camera app to encode the video using h264?

For the same matter, what's the command line to encode the audio as 256kbps aac?

Pretty sure Samsung won't be giving the info being requested.

Nonetheless, some trial and error based on iPhone experience, and I figured out what I wanted.
