Disable motion camera

I'm trying to figure out how to disable my pictures in motion setting on my phone camera. I've looked in the camera app in the settings but I don't see a way to do that. Help!

Tap that icon to turn it off (I circled the one, however to see it you'll have to tap on the Screenshot)
