Google FRP locked

I have a phone that I bought from fb and it's Google factory reset protection locked. I'm signed in to my Samsung account and goggle on Samsung browser but can't!

Don't think there is any way around that except getting in touch with the person you got it from and having them remove their Google account from the phone.

@spodyody Probably the best advice is to return the phone for a refund.

What kind of phone is it? There are ways around frp but it's a process, it can be done depending on the phone

Nm I see now I haven't had a s21 but try watching YouTube videos they'll step by step walk you through the process it takes about half hour but it can always be bypassed.. you're welcome.

To concur with longhiker you are better off getting the seller to refund for the phone and return it you will just have issues
