The biggest problem with saving passwords to Samsung is that if I do that, those new passwords are NOT stored in my Bitwarden account. This means if I try to get into the new accounts on my Desktop, I will not have access to the new passwords.

That's what I mean about Samsung should stay away from offering software and sticking to hardware manufacturing.

Not sure what one has to do with the other. You can't remove all Samsung apps from a Samsung device (should be obvious why), but you can uninstall or disable many of them. Long press the icon of the app you don't want and go to app info (the circled 'i') to find the appropriate option.

As for exporting passwords, Bitwarden should have an option for that in settings. I don't use Google for passwords, so I have no idea how that works.

Google password manager will follow you device to device, as long as you are logged into your Google account.  Just choose Google Password manager as your autofill engine.  Same as with Bitwarden, I believe that if your passwords are not kept on a cloud server, you can export your passwords into a .csv file and then when you reinstall the app on your new phone, you can import your passwords into the app.  I don't use Bitwarden, but I imagine it works like most of the other password managers and keeps your passwords on a cloud server so you can access your passwords on any device.

Samsung apps are knit into the OneUI and most cannot be uninstalled.  If they are uninstallable, you would have to go into your apps list and click on the app and see if there's an uninstall option.  If there is not, you cannot uninstall it.  You can disable some as well.  However,  be aware that doing so may cause your phone to behave unexpectedly.

The reason I want to get rid of Samsung apps is because when I swipe up to see my Android apps, I always get "Samsung Wallet".

When I try to log into a site that is saved in Bitwarden, I get errors that login information is unavailable and if I have a passkey on another device, enter the code.

I don't have another device.

I can go to Bitwarden and get my username and password, but I can't get that information to get stored in Samsung wallet.

I've noticed that various companies like Samsung want to have their own apps rather than use Android standard apps. Since Android is Google's operating system, their apps are the standard.

This is what I get when I swipe up, Samsung is so darned annoying. Why can't they just use Google standard apps and instead just develop hardware not modify software to complete with Google especially when their modifications make their phones incompatible with Google Android.

Samsung apps are proprietary to Samsung devices.  You cannot import or export logins into Samsung Pass.  If you don't want Samsung wallet to come up when you swipe up, disable the quick access handle in the wallet settings.  To make your Google or Bitwarden logins available for autofill, go to settings, security and privacy, more security settings.  Scroll to passwords, passkeys and autofill, tap that and then choose your preferred service by tapping the gear next to whichever is currently the default (I assume Samsung Pass), and choosing whichever one in the list you want to save to and use by default.  In this setting, you can also turn Samsung Pass off and turn Google on, so that you can access Google Password manager.  Make sure Bitwarden is also enabled under additional services.  You should still be able to get to your Bitwarden and Google passwords at any time by going to the respective apps.  I believe that both those apps have an export/import feature, where you can download the information from one into a file and the import the information to your preferred service.  Even though Samsung apps are proprietary to Samsung devices, you are not locked into using them if you don't want to.  You can just not use them or disable them if they are behaving badly.
