How do I program call forwarding on my S21 Ultra??

From any Home screen, tap Phone. Tap Menu > Settings > Supplementary services > Call forwarding > Always forward. Enter the phone number to forward your calls to. Tap Turn on.

When I try this I encounter an error message that states to check SIM or network connection and try again. Both are working properly. 🤷🏽‍:female_sign:

Google your carrier name and call forwarding.  It will return the numbers to dial to enable it manually

Example Verizon Forwarding Codes. All calls: Call *72 + new number. Only when busy/no answer: Call *71 + new number. Turn off forwarding: Call *73
