Galaxy S21Your data usage can't be reset, in a manner of starting data over from 0. The amount of data you're able to use is determined by your carrier. If you're in need of more data, you would need to contact your carrier and see what alternative plans they have. There are some carrier providers that do offer unlimited plans, which may be something you'd like to look into.
