Phone issue

I'm sure this is a simple fix but it's fot me stumped. When I make or answer a call people cannot hear my voice. Please help.

Have you tried running the microphone diagnostic in Samsung Members App-> Support?

Is it every call?  Is it speaker, or on your ear?  Does it happen when using earbuds or a headset as well?  Most importantly, are you blocking the mic with your hand or fingers?  Run the mic diagnostic and then try a BT device.
