Galaxy S21
What causes the rare problem I have when my keyboard fails when using my S21. It is like the screen is stuck. What I usually do is open and close the apps. But this does not solve the original problem....any thoughts from power users...not the dumb ones that answered me before from Samsung's volunteer help....ha ha

Does the issue arise with only one app?
Or more than one app?
I assume you're using the Samsung keyboard (?)
If yes, you should give another keyboard a try, such as Google GBoard and see how it works.
(personally, I use GBoard exclusively)

Before switching keyboard, you might try this:
(phone) Settings > Apps
Tap on three-bars to the right of "Your apps".
Tap, "Show system apps", then Ok
Tap on Samsung Keyboard
Tap Force Stop, lower right
Tap Storage, Clear Cache, if available.
Exit out ... now, try again
Or more than one app?

Galaxy S21have you tried it in safe mode?
submit an error report on members app when you experience this issue again
Samsung Members app > + Button > Error report
