What does it imply to you that Samsung isn't responding for keyboard help? This phone is a jerk...by that I mean that the keyboard shuts on and off on its own and will even pop open sporadically. Help...please
What do you mean by Samsung is not responding to keyboard help? Did you post something here and not get a reply from anyone at Samsung? That is not what this forum is for. This is a peer-to-peer operation. If you mean you put in an error report and did not yet get a response, be patient, it may take a day or two - unless you went to live chat help. You can switch to another keyboard, you are not limited to Samsung keyboard. There are quite a few in the Play store, not to mention Google Keyboard. There is likely a glitch in your phone interfering with the keyboard - could be a third party app, could be a cache problem. If you boot your phone into safe mode, does it still happen?
