Is anyone having issues with the Samsung message app? I can receive text messages but i can't send texts. I've tried every troubleshooting available aside from hard factory reset. I've tried using other messaging app - Google messages. And still the same result.
I've checked to see if I have the right messaging center number, and I do. Just so weird that I can receive but not send. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
1. Does this happen only on mobile data or also on WiFi?
2. You say you've tried "every troubleshooting." What does that include?
3. The fact that it happens on both Samsung and Google Messages indicates it may be a network issue. Have you reset mobile network settings under settings > general management > reset?
4. What do you mean by "the right messaging center number?" I'm not familiar with that term.
