Galaxy S21Is this the One UI 8 update or just the regular monthly security update? The One UI 8 update has created issues withopening and saving files in the secure folder but there have been no issues yet regarding the secure folder not opening.
What happens when you click on the secure folder icon?

Galaxy S21Have you wiped the cache partition after the update? That might help. I always wipe the cache partition after every update. It should definitely be done at least after every major update.
To wipe the cache partition:
โข Turn off the device.
โข Hold the Volume Up key and the Power key until you get a menu of different actions
โข Use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
โข Press the Power button to select Wipe cache partition
โข Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
โข Press the Power button to confirm the action
โข Use Volume Down to highlight Reboot device
โข Press the Power button to confirm the action
Be very careful not to choose any other option in the menu, especially the reset device one.

Galaxy S21This must have been the very last update for this phone. Hope they didn't mess it up or trip the Knox counter. If no one else with the S21 series phone responds, you may have to put in an error report via the Members app or take it to a service store.
It looks like you have tried resetting the phone already. If you are using SmartSwitch to restore the contents, have you tried restoring everything except the Secure Folder adn then setting up the secure folder from scratch? Sorry, can't think of anything else to try.
