I have several team members who are receiving 'Serious software issue' warnings on their S21 FE devices.

All devices have no pending updates, and we have tried the Boot/Cache clearing steps noted in other posts and it has not been resolved. Performing 'factory reset' is not possible due to nature of the device's usage and locations.

What is this 'Serious software issue' warning, what causes it, how harmful is it to the function of the devices and what is the actual solution to resolve it?

@bssteam It is possible that your team members have installed some malicious 3rd party software which is actually causing the warning. It may be an attempt to get the users to click on some link or provide access to people with harmful intentions. I would recommend doing a factory reset on the devices as soon as possible.

Contact your administrator, since you all have it your administrator put in some software that is potential malware.
