Every time I try to submit error report, they tell me to recreate the issue and resend with error logs etc.

Galaxy S21Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the confusion of which app to turn off the background usage limits for. In order to submit an error report, the background usage limit would have to be turned off for the Samsung Members app.
