Update impossible S21

My phone is still on one ui 5 and told me there is no update available

Have you tried connecting your phone to a computer and using Smart Switch to look for an update?  Is the S21 eligible for 6.1?

I Have never. I think it is also eligible to One ui 7

If you have a computer available, you should download Smart Switch for PC, connect your phone and check for an update through the computer app settings.  It may be eligible for OneUI7, but that has not been rolled out yet.
