Galaxy S22Apps in the secure folder do not allow me to see any app quick actions aka app shortcuts when I long press the app. Is there some permission I have not enabled?

Galaxy S22If that doesn't help, then proceed to wiping the "cache partition." It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. Clearing the cache partition can help resolve any issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data.
Follow the steps below,
Clear the cache partition
- Turn the device off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
- Press Side key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, then press the Side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Side key to restart the device.

Galaxy S22Thanks, but no luck clearing the secure folder app cache and then also wiping the cache partition.
Is this feature just not available in secure folder? Can anyone confirm they have it working?

Galaxy S22You could try and uninstall secure folder, then reinstall it to see if that fixes the issue. If you uninstall secure folder, you will LOSE all data that is present in the app.
