Samsung did away with personal ringtones?? I've always had certain music assigned to my close contacts. Tell me I'm just tired and not seeing or something!!! It's getting in my darn craw. Anyone else noticed this missing feature?

Hey there! I can certainly understand needing your ringtones to work as they were designed! I found these troubleshooting steps that may help (
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212222/).

If you are still having issues with your ringtones not working after these steps I would suggest having it looked at by a certified technician.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html  I do apologize for any inconvenience.
