Galaxy S22I have a Galaxy S22 Ultra with 760 GB free space and got a notification that I needed the One UI 7.0 update. I select Install Now and it restarts and goes through the install process.... application optimization, etc. After I login it tells me that my phone has bee updated...and I click 'Ok' and the screen goes away. Shortly after that I get a new notification that I need to update One UI 7.0. ....and if I check >settings > updates ....it does indeed show that my phone thinks it still needs to install it. I have looped through 6 or 7 times and this seems like a bug. Anyone else experiencing this?

Galaxy S22To fix an S22 Ultra boot loop, first try a forced restart by holding the Volume Down and Power buttons for 10 seconds. If that fails, enter Recovery Mode to wipe the cache partition, which clears temporary data without erasing your files. If the problem persists, you may need to perform a factory reset (which will erase data) or seek professional help to reinstall the firmware using tools like Samsung Smart Switch or Odin.

Galaxy S22I have two phones, S22, that are in continuous update to 7.0. It is a bug. Please look into this. Your fix is not the fix. Update 7.0 has something wrong with it.

Galaxy S22I did everything suggested though no success. The update keeps downloading after every restart and asking to restart the phone again to install the update. It did that at least 10 times now. I can't stop it. Who is responsible for that and should I pay for the professional help?

Galaxy S22This is not a boot loop. It is an update loop where the update is downloaded, installed, acknowledged that it installed successfully......then it thinks it still needs to be updated.

Galaxy S22Look for a security patch date at the bottom of each update prompt and as you download and install each one you should progress further up to date
For example February then March then April update, ect

Galaxy S22Thank you very much. Now I understand. A big help because it worked. After several update patches for different months, it has finally stopped.

Galaxy S22I will look into them... the fact that it even hints at a factory reset (where I'd lose everything) is scarey... If it wasn't telling me that it successfully updated the phone, it would be one thing. But, something is broken in the app or the process. I will work on determining how to clear the cache and removing the download update. Thanks for sending the link!
