However, currently both the front and rear cameras seem to produce less detailed and comparatively lower-quality images.
Additionally, the device is experiencing heating issues even during normal usage, such as browsing, camera usage, or light multitasking. This affects overall performance and user experience.
Since Samsung has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality software optimization, I kindly request your team to:
* Improve and restore the Camera performance and image processing quality through a software update
* Optimize system performance to reduce heating issues during normal usage
* Roll out a software (OTA) update addressing these concerns as soon as possible
I believe these improvements can be effectively addressed through software optimization, and doing so will significantly enhance the user experience for Galaxy S22 users.
