We have the option to skip forward or backwards the music by clicking the volume up or down button but...when the screen is OFF you need to open the phone to access the volume.
My suggestion is that you can provide us a feature where we can increase or decrease the volume with One Hand Operation selecting part on the screen (with the screen off) where you slide your finger on the pre-selected area.
