Any way to disable automatic updates?

Hi, was just wondering if there was any way to disable automatic updates? I don't really like OneUI 7, in all honesty.

Nope, you cannot disable updates, nor can you reinstall a previous version. It's funny so many people were clamoring for the update, then went out of their minds with the delay, now we're finding that many of those same people do not like One UI7. LOL SMH

Is there any way to at least delay the update? I'm still on OneUI 6.1, and I don't think I'm ready for OneUI 7 yet.
