My Samsung Galaxy S23+ had an update on May 7th, 2026. When that update was done, my lock screen keypad has changed color to an Umbria style Orange. I have tried everything to change it back. I have contacted Tech Support. They told me to put something out here on the forum. Has anybody else had this issue? It is almost like it burnt in and there's no way I can change it. And there's no more updates available. I have attached a picture of what it looks like now.

I have changed lock screen wallpaper. I have changed from black background to white background. I have changed to all of the palette colors multiple times while talking with Tech Support for the last 3 hours. And it never changes.

Hello lockscrn, welcome to the Samsung Community! I understand your frustrations regarding your device lock screen keypad color being changed after a recent update. Please confirm that you have tried all the troubleshooting steps listed:

Change your Theme - Settings, Display, Themes (one that does not have orange)

Turn off Dark Mode

Adjust Wallpaper - Settings, Wallpaper, Style (one that does not have orange)

By adjusting your theme and wallpaper, you can usually reverse the orange tint and get a keypad color that matches your preferred style. If you want a completely different look, consider using a third-party lock screen app like Good Lock or Lock Star for more control.

If you have already completed the following troubleshooting steps, then I recommend that you perform a factory data reset. Please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset, Perform a factory reset on your Galaxy phone or tablet

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
