Regarding Youtube Feature

Had a phone go down, got the same phone but brand new and restarting the process of going through my settings. When I swiped down from the top edge, it used to show these descending from the top to the bottom. 

Wifi / Bluetooth

Youtube video (if playing in the background)

All Notifications

How do I return this preferrence to my current S23?

Pull down
Click Pencil
Long-press what you want to move
Move it to new location.

Yes However, i doesnt always bring up that screen... Sometimes it shows only notificstions.

Pull down until you see the pencil and click it
On the left click Panel Settings
Click together.

That helped but the media output Youtube notif is on the 2nd swipe down instead of the 1st, above your real notifications

Go to settings, Now Bar, turn on media.
