Software update interrupted error

How the heck you fix this and why did it happen to begin with? I can not update my phone even though there is an update available. I get the Software Update Interrupted nonsense. Any help please?

Sometimes you have to be connected to wifi can't use cellular data if that helps

I've tried both ways. And my wifi is super mega strong at 1gbps. So I can bet my house it ain't wifi related

This is garbage, I'm at an Att store I just got told to WAIT for next upgrade or ask for a replacement under my warranty. What the heck 😡

Have you tried shutting down the phone and removing sim card and restarting phone then try update over wifi?
