How do customers demand developers give an alternative operating system that doesn't have any advanced intelligence tools?

There's phones and or os's which are basically AI less. Graphene OS is a good one. It is supported by Pixel devices. On Samsung you can manually turn off the ai features in settings

The only way to let developers know what you don't like is to submit feedback. Use the "send feedback" option on the Support tab of the Members app.

That said, these features are not likely to go anywhere, as the industry seems to have collectively decided this is what they're doing. However, you can limit what happens on your device. Go to settings > Galaxy AI and toggle "process data only on device." Additionally, go into each tool listed and turn it off.

I have already disabled as many features as possible although my phone faught me every step of the way. That does not solve the problem. I want to know how and where customers can publicly demand a NON advanced intelligence operating system option? Where other customers can give feedback and be heard?

Not sure what kind of platform you're looking for. I already posted how to submit feedback to developers. Or take it to social media.

If you truly want an operating system with no AI features, you'll have to look at alternatives, like @betancd said. Mainstream devices will not come bundled with an OS like that. It will take some work on your part.
