Knox Matrix is draining the battery and overheating the phone. Impossible to work that way. I hope that Samsung publish an update soon to fix this. I'm concerned that the battery can start expanding or leaking because it is to hot and i need to keep the phone charging to go thru my work shift. Really bad situation...

But that is the only device that I really wanted to update because he can update any phone or device to the latest operating system and the UI all depending on if the phone is really super old or has terrible display or refresh rate I don't know he explained it to me he said that there's some phones from way back in a day that you can't Update and run it like it's a brand new phone with brand new stuff but you can take it as far as they can go like he got one of my devices that was Stockholm like Android 10 all the way app to I believe it was 12 or 13 I think it was 12 and that's a big difference because like my 2 thous and 13 Galaxy tablet I had to send that back because I got the meanest warranty you can get on that when I got it or my mother got it for me that thing was in 2013 like 8 or $900 And what's crazy I have I don't know the exact model it's like 200 bucks or almost 200 bucks it's a really nice Galaxy Tab A or be I don't know there's a bunch of different ones but supposedly that's like the mid or lower mid entry level but at this day and technology rate it should have destroyed that 2013 tablet and the benchmark test and all the other stuff we did and The 2013 tablet actually has better graphics than a couple of my devices and one of them is from

It's the fact that we cannot turn the Location service off. It's my phone, it should be up to me to change my settings.

I think some of the problem with battery drain has to do with location service it was never a problem until the update now it keeps popping up about sver min

Location service was always being accessed in the background. It's now more noticeable because of the green icon. On devices other than the S25 series, the icon pops up when location is accessed and is not shown otherwise.

See this post for more info about battery drain:

I'm bemused that after all this time people still do not realize that their location is always being accessed if they have location services enabled.  People worried about location access battery drain would be better off  just going through their apps and checking which apps have permission to access their location all the time, instead of just when using the app.  Even the apps that use it "all the time" don't really.  They just send up a periodic flare to check. It just means that the app does not have to be in use to access the location.  Some apps, of course, NEED to have location accessible all the time.
