AI Generative Edit Error

Since my phone performed the newest software update about a month or so ago, I'm getting the "can't generate with this content" error when I try to edit pictures in my gallery (where I've never encountered that error before). I've tried all of the methods I could find in the chats to address it, but nothing has changed and Samsung Support recommended I ask everyone here lol. I've cleared the cache from the boot options, from the Gallary app folder and the AI folder (?) .. I've done the age verification on Google (and another thing or two, I think, but I've forgotten) - pretty much anything I've seen to try. This error has been constant this entire time, and the phone has been turned off or restarted a few times .. anyone have any wizardry?

Can you take a screenshot of the error and attach it so we can take a look?

I did a bit of research and it looks like some users have success by going to Settings > Galaxy AI > Turn off "Process data only on device".

as a note - this is from an example of a picture I was able to make the edit before the update, but when I went back to see (as a test), it errored out

You should submit an error report here in the Members app in the Support tab on the bottom right when you open the app.

**bleep** Samsung and AI. Dumb phone, dumb AI. How do you decide to erase my contents in the middle of me sending a memo. Stay the he'll off my phone. Didn't ask for your input.

I don't know what updates for AI y'all pushed in the last couple weeks. But you've broken generative edit. It's not my network, there's no updates to install. It never was an issue before. I'm not editing a face, it's not a large area being corrected. Something as simple as removing a background item behind the main subject no longer works. For example, someone photobombing in the background if I try to remove the 2/3 of their face that's above the other subject, it fails. I don't know what y'all have done, but you need to fix it.
