Camera failed

Hey! I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and recently the rear camera stopped working. The front camera works, but whenever I switch to the back camera, it fails. Before I pay for any repairs, do you offer free diagnostics? I'd like to know if it's a software issue where can i run it or if the rear camera module needs to be replaced. Also, if it does need repair, could you give me an estimate of the cost? Thank you!

Go into Settings and search for Diagnostics. Yes, there are phone diagnostic tests.
