They said it was out on Feb 3rd

The update was released with that date it than goes out from Samsung to the carriers and USA tends to be end of release line

The websites said what the patch does. Released on Feb 3rd.

Updates are sent from Samsung to mobile carriers, who then make them available to users. They are never scheduled for any given date. You'll get the update at some point, just like everyone else.

Websites are saying Samsung is all in on s26 ultra so February update will come out once s26 is released. So there it is
