I'm confused as to why my phone isn't showing any updates past one ui 6. Iv had this phone for a couple months now.

Which S24 do you have? I have the base model one with Xfinity Mobile and I've gotten One UI 8 last year

I have the s24 ultra i bought it through walmart

Who's your mobile provider? The phone was originally a carrier-locked model, but it looks like someone flashed unlocked firmware to it. The software information doesn't indicate any carrier at all.

Do you actually have mobile service (can you make calls and send texts)? Because there doesn't appear to be any carrier software written to your device.

Do you have another carrier's SIM you can insert in the phone?

Yea I can call and text i know that straight talk uses Verizon now
