When I connect to a Bluetooth device and go to the taskbar, the button floats incorrectly, it is seen in the image

That is a bug.
Try this.
Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

Try this.
Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

I hate typing it all the time, so I copied and pasted from Samsung notes each time I give these instructions.
You might want to copy it into Samsung notes for the future.
