Why do we NOT have the option to toggle this on or off?

If I create content I want to use elsewhere with it, I need to either do a second edit with it creating a new sticker to cover it up, crop it, or digitally erase it in another app.

Why not just ask us ismf we want the watermark or not?

Try removing it when object eraser. You're in the wrong tool for removing the watermark. Essentially you'll end up with another watermark based on your screenshots.

Samsung is at least letting you to remove it, Google won't on a Pixel.
Google is making them put the watermark!

You can do the edit that adds the watermark then save it and then go to object eraser and circle the watermark and erase it 😉

This is the way. Use object eraser to remove the watermark and you'll be good to go.

I assume this is in place as generative AI is in a tough spot right now with many people not open to it and having a hard time knowing what's real and what's been AI edited/generated.

But if it is supposed to also be used as a professional tool, it needs to be optional. You don't see forced watermarks in photoshopped professional artwork or photos that have been manipulated.

Tried that, and it wouldn't remove it.

Please see the attached screenshots. This IS possible and works well in most cases.Screenshot_20240128_104353_Photo Editor_1000001557_1706467434.pngScreenshot_20240128_104359_Photo Editor_1000001558_1706467440.pngScreenshot_20240128_104405_Photo Editor_1000001559_1706467446.png

I literally just tried it. When I tap it, I get this. Maybe it works great with a solid background, but not with something complex.Screenshot_20240128_152500_Photo Editor_1000030586_1706473501.png
