I recommend trying your device in safe mode. If the issue is corrected when using Safe mode then there is a 3rd party app causing this issue.
If that doesnt get it, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please ensure that you back up all the info you dont to lose before doing so.

Galaxy S24I have a Galaxy S21 and after the update it blocked my whole network. I had to factory reset my phone and block the update for now. I do not want to have to reset again.
