Notification Panel/ Expandable area

Is anyone else having this issues, where the expandable panel put all of your quick access buttons into a line instead of the regular order? I've reset my phone but nothing seem to work

Open Good Lock. Click on QuickStar. Click on Advanced settings. Click on Button spacing. Move the setting closer to Narrow.
