The Notistar app has suddenly stopped working for me. I've tried disconnecting/deactivating it then reactivating it. Then I set it to unrestricted rights in the background. I also noticed that forr some reason I'm unable to toggle notifications back on. Please help.

clear the cache and data from NotiStar.  If that does not work, clear the phone's cache partition.

When you say it's not working, what does that mean?  Is it not collecting your notifications? NotiStar does not send notifications.  That's why the notification settings are blocked. Your apps would send their normal notification sounds. NotiStar is an adjunct app so you can have a notification history or just look at your notifications in a linear fashion.  It is not meant to replace your regular notification cards.  You will get your normal notifications in the phone's notification area.  If you accidentally dismiss a notification, you can view it in the NotiStar app or you can put it on your lock screen so you can read your notifications without unlocking your phone.

Clarification - it is not collecting my notifications. And I'm no longer able to access it from my lock screen when I swipe up.

If you wouldn't mind marking my response as your solution, it would be appreciated.  Also, I don't know if you are aware, but if you go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/notification history, you will have a history of your most recent notifications.
