Force Restart: Press and hold the Power + Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds.
Clear Camera Cache/Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear cache and Clear data.
Check for Updates: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your phone has the latest software.
Safe Mode: Turn the phone off. Turn it on, and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold Volume Down until the phone finishes booting. If the camera works, a third-party app is causing the crash.
Reset All Settings: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings.
Reset Camera App: Open the camera app, go to Settings, and select Reset settings.
