First I'll say sorry this is so long. I have a Samsung s24. My notes app is suddenly not bringing up edit covers on previous notes or new notes I open. The icon you press to start a new note looks black, whereas before it had some red.
I have already tried restarting my phone after clearing cache. I am afraid to reinstall the app cause my phone has been acting up in other ways. I am afraid with so many issues it is not going to sync and honestly not sure it's been syncing. Can someone tell me how to check this? It's easy to see I'm not good with phones but getting there. Sorry. Google email not working properly and Google browser bookmarks not working properly and other things I can't remember. I'm always having issues with my phone. I understand that the Google stuff can be Google related since also it's keyboard keeps going tiny also.
Also my Internet connection seems to not always work and I already posted about that. And most of you said it was my carrier. It is always something with this phone since I got it. Every time the phone updates I get more issues. What I hate is every time it updates finding things and how to do things is more difficult cause they make it less and less user friendly like I find true like many other apps where they are going backwards.
In order for this to stop, Uninstall Notes and go to the web and search up "apkmirror.com notes app". Then download Notes from August. This will also give your AI features and also fix the problem too. You can contact with Samsung. Or, check with a local repair shop and they can see what's wrong.
It could be that a virus got downloaded on your phone. It will cause issues like what you're experiencing. Do you or have you installed any "phone cleaner" apps or "virus protectors" (not Norton or other VERIFIED anti virus protector) on your device?
