Just like others have said , i HIGHLY advise you to take it to a phone repair person in your area and get it the battery replaced ASAP because a swollen lithium battery is a ticking time bomb...DO NOT charge the device just leave it go and turn it off so it can't run and generate any heat which will put the battery in even greater threat of thermal runaway , also be super careful with handling the phone so you don't drop it because one strike and that thing will explode and set your house on fire.
