I have been unable to send or receive texts for the past few days. My husband has the S21 with the same issue. Went to the local store, they didn't know. Can anyone assist please?
Can you try this and let me know please 🙏 1. Restart phones – quick reset often clears it. 2. Check signal & SIM – make sure you have service, reseat or test the SIM in another phone. 3. Clear cache/data of Messages app – in Settings → Apps → Messages → Storage. 4. Set default messaging app – pick Samsung Messages or Google Messages, not both. 5. Update everything – phone software + messaging apps. 6. Check blocked numbers & MMS/RCS settings – unblock, enable MMS if needed. 7. Reset network settings – last resort if nothing works. 8. Call your carrier – if both phones have the same issue, it could be a network/outage problem.
