I've noticed that ambient noise (wind, running water, driving, etc.) has a huge effect on whether the translator starts texting random existential treaties on the historical theories about gravel formation.
I straight from Samsung for a short time and came back with an s25 Pro Max. Even switching speech to text to Google still leaves this with throwing random words in, my 8-year-old Samsung could remember what nickname I used for my wife, knew basic pop culture, understood the difference between me talking and my wife talking, could figure out the three there's, and the three twos. Now using speech to text is like it went back to when speech to text first came out. It has become as bad as the iPhone. I am absolutely horrified, and will test this feature before I get my next phone. My suggestion is to figure out what you messed up and undo it before I go for another phone.
