My S24U. One issue with wireless charging is the lack of a built-in magnetic sensor, so using a wireless power bank requires wearing a phone case. However, I have tried several phone cases on the market that claim to allow wireless charging, but none of them can be charged. After multiple verifications, it was found that the position of the wireless charging ring does not match the built-in charging position of the phone, so it cannot be charged.

Unlike the S25U, the S24U is not considered Qi2 Ready and does not officially support magnetic wireless charging accessories.

That said, magnetic cases from reputable brand do still tend to be compatible. If the specific brand of case you are using does not properly align the magnetic ring with the device's wireless charging coil, that is a design flaw with the case rather than the phone.

Please note that even a perfectly aligned magnetic case can cause interference with the S Pen. As such, magnetic cases are generally not recommended for the S24U.
