update problem S24

Good morning,

I purchased an S24 that's updated to Android 14. I've tried everything to update it, but nothing works.

Neither from the phone nor with Smart Switch, it says there are no updates for my phone and it's stuck on 2024 with ONE UI 6.4.

I checked the CSC and it's XAA.

Model: SM-S921UZKAXAU

I live in Italy, and Italian support told me to contact you.

I can't update the phone at all. Is there any way I can fix this?

You can try it. Obviously, the phone won't be able to connect to T-Mobile towers in Italy. It might work if you put the phone in airplane mode and connect to WiFi.

If that doesn't work, you'll have to see about getting region-specific unlocked firmware flashed, like I mentioned earlier.

All you have to do is put a tmobile SIM CARD in the phone go to settings and hit update and it will work that way then put ur Sim card back in i have to do it eith every update on my s24+ cause i got verizon and have to use a verizon sim cause i switched to str8 Talk
