Galaxy S25Hello Community Members.
We understand the frustrations caused by the battery drain on your phones and have found a solution. This is occurring on T-Mobile phones because of the mobile services app. In order to remove the application, first open Settings, then open Apps, press the filter and sort icon to the right of Apps. Then turn on Show System Apps and search Mobile Services. Select the three dots to the right of mobile services, and then select Uninstall updates. You will need to select OK. After you have selected OK make sure to check the version it should be downgraded.
This will get you back up and running. If not, donโt hesitate to reach out to us once again!
Thank you for being a Samsung customer.

Galaxy S25To fix screen flickering or "wiggle" on the S23 Ultra, first force restart the phone, update software, and clear the cache partition. If it persists, toggle "Disable HW overlays" in Developer Options, test in Safe Mode, or force 120Hz using third-party tools. Persistent flickering likely requires a screen repair.
+3
Key Troubleshooting Steps:
Force Restart: Hold Volume Down + Side Key simultaneously.
Disable HW Overlays: Go to Settings > Developer Options (enable by tapping Build Number 7 times) > Turn on "Disable HW overlays".
Safe Mode: Turn off the phone, turn it on, and hold Volume Down when the logo appears. If the flickering stops, a third-party app is the cause.
Clear Cache Partition: Turn off phone, hold Volume Up + Power, select "Wipe cache partition" in recovery menu.
Software Update: Ensure all apps and system software are updated.
Force 120Hz: Some users found success using apps like "Galaxy Max Hz" to prevent refresh rate fluctuations.

If the screen exhibits green lines or flickers even in safe mode, it is likely a hardware issue with the screen cable, requiring a visit to an authorized Samsung service center.

Galaxy S25For me it was "Mobile Services" crashing over and over. I went into the menu and uninstalled updates, and it fixed it.

Galaxy S25Hi,
My S25 is a model purchased in Ireland and I have noticed that I have this issue, the battery is draining quickly where it will need a charge with around 2hrs of screen time. This only started happening after the April patch and I checked and I do not have "mobile services" in my app section of settings.
What can I do to fix this?
Thanks
