I recently upgraded to a Galaxy 25+ and there is an issue that is making me crazy! Whenever a call comes in, even if I hit the reject button, a separate window automatically pops up that appears to be a call log. It will do that if I am in another app, on a call, on a video... every single time! It also pops up after I hang up from a phone call. I can't find out how to turn that feature off. I even went to a Verizon store and they couldn't figure it out. This issue alone makes me regret the purchase so I am hoping it is fixable.
@BombMom67 This is caused by some 3rd party app that you have installed. Please post a screenshot. Often the screen shows the icon of the app which popped this window.
You will need to identify and remove the 3rd party app which is causing this.
