I got new S25 Ultra. To replace S20FE. suppose to be leagues above in terms of camera.
Not so much and in many cases it just downgrade.
So let me ask how i can turn off whatever makes it search for better crop, zoom and change composition of the image?
I contacted Samsung support and was told to turn off voice commands. It still does "soul searching".
By the look of it it's AI image analysis going wrong. Can i get just take a picture the way i composed it and not change how it looks. If i put subject in the corner i don't want to see it in the centre by itself. I don't want to see image rotating and waving and going in and out zoom by itself. And it can do it in non stop cycle. always doing it on for example computer keyboard.
Camera interface is another setback. Why it not customization friendly. Why i need to get out of zoom selection which is main and get into other settings? Why it can't be like it was? It was working more than fine before.
Over all i am disappointed. to the point i am not going to get another Samsung and if i get Samsung i will pick something cheaper. At least i won't feel pain of dropping 2000$ on annoying product. And yes support is useless.
