Yes you guys, I have traumatic brain injury. But I changed my password early this morning about 6am and I know I should've written it down but I didn't. I can't factory reset my S25 Fe because I have very important emails and such. Can someone please help me?
hey now dont beat yourself up love. it happens to the best of us. take a deep breath and just do your best. I personally do not have the magic button for this and neither does samsung as that personal code is yours and not available for anyone to view or reset. I can however offer a future solution to this that may help. I personally use a wipe board by my home office desk. Its helped me to write things down easily. I also use cute paper note books. But lastly please dont be hard on yourself. โค
Resetting your phone won't affect your emails, they reside in your email provider's servers. Other personal documents would, unfortunately be lost. Everything else will come back when you restore your backup. A trick I learned is to write my password down BEFORE I change it, if for no other reason than to make sure it meets the password requirement of the account I am using.
Unfortunately, the only way around not remembering your password is a factory reset.
